Coram Nobis against appellate Lawyer Mr. Edward V. Sapone, he failed to raise that trial counsel Mr. Norman Williams was ineffective, because he did not object when judge Ruth Pikcholz illegally changed the meaning and content of the jury note before Mr. Williams face, then the court substituted and destroyed or withheld the original jury note which was written and signed by the foreman Mr. Randall Swisher, See Exhibit G. Mr. Swisher affidavit which States that the note entered into the record by judge Pickholz was unknown to him, which simply implies that the jury note requesting the judge’s instruction on the law regarding felony murder for kidnapping was fabricated by a court personal, that mean that De Los Santos trial was fixed, by judge Ruth Pickholz, Assistants District Attorneys, Mr. David Drucker, Mr. Eryck Kratville, and my defense counsel, Mr. Norman Williams who did not objected, and permitted them to change the jury note content before his face, to made the jury to find De Los Santos guilty, even though the evidence at trial established De Los Santos innocent and show that he did not committed those crime that he was accused.
Our Courts and our Judges should be Honorable, and corruption cannot take place in our courts, judge Pickholz betrayed the public trust and undermine our faith in our courts. All constitutional violation of De Los Santos right, every abuse of power, every incident of misconduct, and fraud from the court, deprived him of a fair trial.
All constitutional violation, were not only against him, but against all of us, against the interest of justice, against our Constitution and our Democracy, we as citizens we need to take charge of the situation, because the Judicial system is no able to do it on their own, we are going to be able to have any kind of lasting effect, if we work on this together.
